Mike Lambert is the Solutions Director for Advanced Business Communications based in Murray Hill, NJ. In this position, Mike leads product strategy and execution for Alcatel-Lucent’s webRTC, video and enterprise VoIP solutions in the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) portfolio. Mike has over 15 years experience in the telecom industry with deep technical and market understanding of IMS, VoIP, video, unified communications and wireless technologies for consumer and enterprise market segments.

Prior to joining Alcatel-Lucent in 2010, Mike was Senior Director of Marketing at Ditech Networks in Mountain View, CA where he was responsible for product management and marketing as well as outbound marketing. In this role Mike conceived and launched a new communications service, toktok, which leveraged speech recognition and web technologies to web enable voice conversations. Prior to Ditech Networks, Mike held product management, sales, software engineering and support positions with Nortel Networks in USA and United Kingdom.

Mike holds a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

Anne Y. Lee is a Bell Labs Fellow and currently CTO of Advanced Communications Solutions Innovations at Alcatel-Lucent. Prior to this position, she was the Director of the IMS 3rd Party Application Partner Ecosystem program. She has also worked in both the Wireless CTO and Wireline CTO organizations.Anne has over 25 years of experience at Alcatel-Lucent (AT&T, Lucent, and Alcatel-Lucent) -with more than 17 years in Wireless research and development. Anne is the original IMS technical team leader for Lucent Technologies working closely with the standards team to help pioneer the multi-access IMS system with the industry. Anne is the recipient of the 2005 Lucent Chairman’s Award for “Creating IMS Leadership” and the 2010 Alcatel-Lucent Asian American Award for “Innovation and Technical Excellence”. She has been Guest Editor for the Bell Labs Technical Journal and IEEE Communications Magazine and is the author of many papers on IMS. She also has a number of granted patents.Anne became a Bell Labs Fellow in 2005.Ms. Lee received her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.

He has participated in multiple standards and industry organizations and has over 42 patents awarded, many of which are utilized in existing standards and products.Richard has a PhD in CS from Northwestern University and a BSEE from the University of Michigan.

Philippe is Co-Founder and CTO of R3LOAD, a VoIP operator that helps developers build voice and SMS applications with an easy to use REST/XML API. Philippe has over 12 years of experience in network architecture, computer programming and unified communications. Previously, he had been working at INRIA (a French computer science institute) as a network/voice engineer where he developed and maintained unified communications applications based on opensource softwares (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, ejabberd, Red5). Philippe is an opensource software enthusiast and contributor. He was formerly maintaining the XMPP related modules in Asterisk, fixed bugs, added new features, and integrated Flash AS3 applications with Asterisk by developing an RTMP channel driver, which along with other opensource components (Red5 and ejabberd), formed the basis of a audio/video conferencing platform at INRIA. He wrote a book on Asterisk (in French) : Asterisk, free enterprise telephony, foreworded by Mark Spencer the creator of Asterisk. Philippe has a MS degree in Telecommunications from Telecom SudParis, France.

Dr. Cullen Jennings is a Fellow in the Collaboration Technology Group at Cisco. He is responsible for setting the technical direction for the next generation of Ciscos communication and collaboration products, including VoIP, SIP, security and peer-to-peer technologies. Cullens current focus is on moving voice and video communications into the cloud, so that they become an integrated part of Web applications and can be used in everything from business process software to collaboration applications and games. This involves smoothly integrating a number of technologies ranging from HTML5 to highly scalable cloud services and federated authentication. Previously, Cullen played a key role in developing Ciscos technical strategy in voice/video security, media quality, NAT traversal, and peer-to-peer services. Cullen currently serves as Co-Chair of the IETF RTCWeb working group and is co-editor for the WebRTC specification at W3C. He also chairs the IETF codec working group. Cullen came to Cisco from Vovida Networks, which developed the premier open source toolkit for VoIP. Prior to Vovida, he worked in the design and implementation of air traffic control systems. He holds a PhD from the University of British Columbia in computer vision. A long time sailor and snowboarder, lately he has been learning to kite surf.

Peter is Technical Director at Crocodile RCS. He graduated from The University of Edinburgh in 2000 with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science. After graduation Peter worked on a PSTN switch developing signalling stacks for SS7, ISDN and similar protocols and creating advanced routing and service applications. Since 2005 he has worked mainly with SIP first leading a team developing a PSTN gateway and then managing the development of a SIP Application Server. Peter joined Crocodile RCS in September 2010 and has made numerous contributions to the Kamailio open source SIP Router project (particularly in the areas of presence, WebSocket, MSRP, and SIP Outbound) since then. Peter is one of the authors of the MSRP over WebSocket draft (draft-pd-dispatch-msrp-websocket).

As part of Tele2, he built and deployed the SIP infrastructure for the first residential VoIP network in France.
