Mike Lambert is the Solutions Director for Advanced Business Communications based in Murray Hill, NJ. In this position, Mike leads product strategy and execution for Alcatel-Lucent’s webRTC, video and enterprise VoIP solutions in the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) portfolio. Mike has over 15 years experience in the telecom industry with deep technical and market understanding of IMS, VoIP, video, unified communications and wireless technologies for consumer and enterprise market segments.

Prior to joining Alcatel-Lucent in 2010, Mike was Senior Director of Marketing at Ditech Networks in Mountain View, CA where he was responsible for product management and marketing as well as outbound marketing. In this role Mike conceived and launched a new communications service, toktok, which leveraged speech recognition and web technologies to web enable voice conversations. Prior to Ditech Networks, Mike held product management, sales, software engineering and support positions with Nortel Networks in USA and United Kingdom.

Anne Y. Lee is a Bell Labs Fellow and currently CTO of Advanced Communications Solutions Innovations at Alcatel-Lucent. Prior to this position, she was the Director of the IMS 3rd Party Application Partner Ecosystem program. She has also worked in both the Wireless CTO and Wireline CTO organizations.Anne has over 25 years of experience at Alcatel-Lucent (AT&T, Lucent, and Alcatel-Lucent) -with more than 17 years in Wireless research and development. Anne is the original IMS technical team leader for Lucent Technologies working closely with the standards team to help pioneer the multi-access IMS system with the industry. Anne is the recipient of the 2005 Lucent Chairman’s Award for “Creating IMS Leadership” and the 2010 Alcatel-Lucent Asian American Award for “Innovation and Technical Excellence”. She has been Guest Editor for the Bell Labs Technical Journal and IEEE Communications Magazine and is the author of many papers on IMS. She also has a number of granted patents.Anne became a Bell Labs Fellow in 2005.Ms. Lee received her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.

Richard consults in the development of architecture and standards evolution plans for IP-based communications systems while currently focusing on WebRTC and the evolution of the PSTN.Since joining AT&T in 1983, Richard has stayed with Lucent and then Alcatel-Lucent to the present, focusing primarily in wireless communications as systems engineer and then as a member of CTO. He has participated in multiple standards and industry organizations and has over 42 patents awarded, many of which are utilized in existing standards and products.Richard has a PhD in CS from Northwestern University and a BSEE from the University of Michigan.

Philippe is Co-Founder and CTO of R3LOAD, a VoIP operator that helps developers build voice and SMS applications with an easy to use REST/XML API. Philippe has over 12 years of experience in network architecture, computer programming and unified communications. Previously, he had been working at INRIA (a French computer science institute) as a network/voice engineer where he developed and maintained unified communications applications based on opensource softwares (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, ejabberd, Red5). Philippe is an opensource software enthusiast and contributor. He was formerly maintaining the XMPP related modules in Asterisk, fixed bugs, added new features, and integrated Flash AS3 applications with Asterisk by developing an RTMP channel driver, which along with other opensource components (Red5 and ejabberd), formed the basis of a audio/video conferencing platform at INRIA. He wrote a book on Asterisk (in French) : Asterisk, free enterprise telephony, foreworded by Mark Spencer the creator of Asterisk. Philippe has a MS degree in Telecommunications from Telecom SudParis, France.

Alan Percy is Senior Director of Strategic Marketing for North America at AudioCodes, a leading provider of Voice over IP networking products and enabling technology. In this role, Alan manages the planning and execution of the North American market communications, social media and community development for AudioCodes. Alan is also responsible for developing and managing a number of strategic industry, consultant and analyst relationships. Alan is a frequent industry speaker and contributes to a number of industry journals, podcasts, webcasts and blogs.

Dr. Cullen Jennings is a Fellow in the Collaboration Technology Group at Cisco. He is responsible for setting the technical direction for the next generation of Ciscos communication and collaboration products, including VoIP, SIP, security and peer-to-peer technologies. Cullens current focus is on moving voice and video communications into the cloud, so that they become an integrated part of Web applications and can be used in everything from business process software to collaboration applications and games. This involves smoothly integrating a number of technologies ranging from HTML5 to highly scalable cloud services and federated authentication. Previously, Cullen played a key role in developing Ciscos technical strategy in voice/video security, media quality, NAT traversal, and peer-to-peer services. Cullen currently serves as Co-Chair of the IETF RTCWeb working group and is co-editor for the WebRTC specification at W3C. He also chairs the IETF codec working group. Cullen came to Cisco from Vovida Networks, which developed the premier open source toolkit for VoIP. Prior to Vovida, he worked in the design and implementation of air traffic control systems. He holds a PhD from the University of British Columbia in computer vision. A long time sailor and snowboarder, lately he has been learning to kite surf.

Peter is Technical Director at Crocodile RCS. He graduated from The University of Edinburgh in 2000 with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science. After graduation Peter worked on a PSTN switch developing signalling stacks for SS7, ISDN and similar protocols and creating advanced routing and service applications. Since 2005 he has worked mainly with SIP first leading a team developing a PSTN gateway and then managing the development of a SIP Application Server. Peter joined Crocodile RCS in September 2010 and has made numerous contributions to the Kamailio open source SIP Router project (particularly in the areas of presence, WebSocket, MSRP, and SIP Outbound) since then. Peter is one of the authors of the MSRP over WebSocket draft (draft-pd-dispatch-msrp-websocket).

Antony Martin has been involved in the telecommunications industry for more than 20 years. He joined Dialogic in February 2009, having held roles as CEO and CTO in previous employment. As a developer, Antony’s experience ranges from PBX hardware and embedded software to interactive voice response (IVR), call center, media server and unified messaging software and systems. He also co-created and was a key contributor to a number of open source projects, including the Dialogic sponsored DiaStar® project. Antony is a graduate of DeMontfort University, Leicester, UK.

He previously was responsible for overseeing the Ericsson brand in North America and also led Ericsson’s next generation multimedia initiative to drive the three screen experience for the Volvo Ocean Race. He joined Ericsson more than 20 years ago and has held roles in software R&D, mobile network deployment and was director of Marketing for Ericsson in North America. Hollingworth has been based in London, Stockholm, Dallas and Palo Alto.

Ken is an accomplished technology veteran with 20 years of leadership experience in various product development, business development, marketing and executive roles. Prior to his work with GENBAND ,he served as VP, Marketing and Product Management at Atreus Systems before being acquired by Sonus Networks. Prior to this, he held technical and product management roles at CrossKeys Systems and Bell Northern Research. He holds a patent in Network Performance Management and has been published by the Society of Automotive Engineers. Ken holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta.

Jan has been conducting research and development in speech processing and communications for the last 15 years. Prior to joining Global IP Solutions he was with the University of California, Santa Barbara and SignalCom, Inc. He holds a Ph.D. and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and has filed several patents.

Justin Uberti is the technical lead for the WebRTC effort at Google. Previously, Justin served as technical lead for many of Googles communication products, including Google+ Hangouts and Google Video Chat. In a past life, Justin was chief architect for the AOL Instant Messenger software.Justin holds bachelors degrees in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Virginia.

Karl Ståhl has a M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering and holds several patents in the audio, electrical, security and communication fields.

Since 2004 a leading developer of contact center platforms using multiple media for improved customer experience. Mr. Mannheimer hold an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Rio de Janeiro Federal University, in Brazil.

Terry McCabe was also Chief Technology Officer at Airwide, which was acquired by Mavenir. Prior to Airwide, Terry McCabe held senior positions at Sema Group, including Vice President of Engineering and CTO. In these roles McCabe oversaw Software Architecture, Research & Development, and Product Management in Europe and North America. These roles focused on messaging, prepaid, and value-added service applications, primarily based on wireless mobile network technologies. Terry led the companys participation in a number of standards organizations including the WAP Forum, the SMS Forum and TIA.

Previously, Terry spent eight years with Digital Equipment working in Realtime Solutions, Telecommunications, and Software usability. During his tenure, he worked on a number of Open Systems interoperability initiatives established by the European Workshop on Open Systems (EWOS).

Terry graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.

Jean-Baptiste “Jb” Piacentino is the Director of Browser Communications at Mozilla where he focuses on creating WebRTC products that enhance the browsing experience. He brings over 20 years of experience of creating innovative products for the telecom and consumer worlds. Prior to joining Mozilla, Jb was the CEO of Rosen Mobile, a pioneer in context aware mobile apps marketplace and served as VP business development for Casabi, now part of Comcast. Earlier in his career, Jb as been the Head of Devices Product Marketing at O2 and a founding team member of Omnisky International where he introduced the first wireless data service for PDAs in Europe. Before Omnisky, Jb held various product marketing positions at Palm Computing, successfully launching the award winning and market leaders Palm Pilot and Palm V series. Jb started his career as a systems software architect, designing and developing professional telecommunication products.

Jb holds a degree in Industrial Informatics from Epita, Paris, France.

Jim is responsible for the product management, technical marketing, and sales engineering direction for Acme Packets application and security solutions for enterprise, contact center and service provider (cloud and telco) customers. Jim spends most of his time working with customers, partners, and development engineers on how to optimally use Acme Packet solutions in a variety of IP telephony, video, and communications-rich applications. Specific technology areas of focus include unified communications, real-time communications security, web services, and emerging access frameworks such as WebRTC. Prior to Acme Packet, Jim served in a variety of sales/systems engineering and product management roles at Covergence, Ciena, Wavesmith Networks, Lucent, Ascend Communications, Cascade Communications and GTE. Mohan Palat is a senior product marketing manager at Sonus Networks. Mathieu Osty is a principal software engineer at Weemo in France responsible for building and evolving Weemos Video cloud platform and communication infrastructure. His expertise in SIP and other Voice and Video over IP protocols are enabling Weemo to deliver scalable and enterprise-grade solutions to enterprises worldwide through partnerships with software vendors and service providers. He is leading the companys WebRTC development efforts to enable the Weemo Video Could to continue to support millions of users on a variety of computing platforms. Prior to joining Weemo, Mathieu held senior level roles in development and VoIP engineering at european telecom operators from Orange to SFR to Tele2. As part of Tele2, he built and deployed the SIP infrastructure for the first residential VoIP network in France. Mathieu graduated with a Masters of Computer Science with a Networking specialization from the Université Pierre et Marie Curie in Paris, France.

Soufiane is a seasoned and passionate business and technical leader in the software, hardware and telecommunications industries. As the Head of Product at Weemo, he is setting product direction and leading development of next generation API centric cloud video collaboration solutions. Before joining Weemo as the first executive to establish and launch the company in the U.S., he lead product management and engineering teams at Cisco Systems. For over 12 years there, he spearheaded the development of innovative hardware and software solutions in Wireless, Voice and Video over IP (real-time and streaming). Chris Vitek has been an independent consultant in the contact center business for the last 17 years. He has managed or implemented 44 contact centers for some of the largest companies in the world. Clients include Pepco Holding, AMEX, T.Rowe Price, Payne Webber, Pitney Bowes, Becton Dickenson, TD Bank, T-Mobile, UAL, GTE, Marriott, and Leap Wireless. Chris is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Society of Telecommunications Consultant and a member of the Society of Workforce Planning Professionals.
