He led global teams in several US locations, China, India and Taiwan. At Netgear, Inc. he helped increase business unit revenue from $90 million to $385 million and increased product margins through numerous cost reductions. Prior to Netgear, Lazar worked at Marconi Communication (which later became Emerson Inc. and Tollgrade Communications) as the Director of Engineering. Lazar attended Executive Education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and Wharton School of Business, after earning his BS in mathematics and computer science from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
