Instant Solutions Introduces Super Easy Call Center


Brazilian call center platform provider Instant Solutions is in Atlanta this week showcasing its WebRTC solution. Paolo Mannheimer, CEO and founder of Instant Solutions, met with Webrtcworld this week at WebRTC Conference & Expo, and said that the company’s goal is to make life easier for IT folks who have cope with growing complexity and user needs related to telephony support. It’s doing that, he explains, by introducing a zero-configuation, zero capex call center.

“Setting up a good quality call center has never been so easy,” Mannheimer says.

Most people talk about WebRTC from the customer perspective, he notes. Instant Solutions, however, looks at it from internal corporate standpoint.

The actual product, called InstantVoice WebRTC, is a gateway that can either be offered as an appliance or as a cloud-based solution. It’s being announced here at WebRTC Conference & Expo for the first time, he says, although one customer is in the trial process with the solution.

That customer is Bradesco, one of Brazil’s largest banks. Most of the bank’s contact centers are in Rio de Janero, but it wanted to extend it into Sao Paulo, so this let them to that. WebRTC embeds most of the solutions for the problems that VoIP generally has – like firewall traversal, QoS, voice compression and more.

Instant solutions is also in the talks with a large Brazilian insurance company, which is considering the solution for disaster recovery on an 800-agent call center in Rio.

“It’s much easier with WebRTC,” he says.
