ECTOR COUNTY RESTAURANT REPORT, Jan. 28 to Feb. 1Feb 11, 2013 (Odessa American - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- These are the food inspection scores for the week of Jan. 28 through Feb. 1, performed by the Ector County Health Department. Violations dock points, with a perfect score starting at 100. Violations of food temperature/time requirements are five points each; violations of personnel, handling of food and food and water source requirements are four points each; and violations of facility and equipment requirements are three points each, which establishments have 10 days to correct. A score of 70 or less requires the immediate shutdown of the restaurant until the violations are corrected and a new inspection is done. Closure is subject to corrective action being made onsite.
