SPS to Offer CafeX RTC Technology

CafeX Communications, a provider of real-time engagement solutions, has entered into a partnership with systems integrator and managed services provider Strategic Products and Services (SPS). Under the agreement, SPS will offer CafeX’s Fusion portfolio of real-time communications (RTC) software as a major component of its advanced customer experience solution.

SPS provides Unified Communications (UC) and collaboration solutions serving customer-facing businesses in many different industries, aiming to help them reduce operating costs and increase revenue while streamlining functionality and offering an overall better customer experience. The company’s UC expertise covers many technologies including telephony, video, mobility, instant messaging (IM) and presence, contact centers, managed services and cloud computing.

“At SPS, we pride ourselves in understanding our clients' business goals,” said Kathy Sobus, Director of Customer Experience Consulting, SPS. “We call upon our wealth of service offerings, partner relationships and industry knowledge to provide our clients with holistic solutions. In turn, these solutions allow them to deliver an optimal customer experience to their customers, who increasingly require Omnichannel engagement.”

CafeX’s WebRTC solution enables businesses to add modern communication channels such as HD voice/video chat and messaging to their websites and mobile apps. This provides a secure and simple way for customers to contact businesses, and its flawless functionality ensures the likelihood of a positive customer experience. Integrating this technology into SPS’s services will allow the company to offer this functionality in the context of its UC, contact center and collaboration solutions.

“We are very pleased to welcome SPS as one of our key partners for empowering enterprises with live engagement capabilities that address critical business issues and enhance customer satisfaction,” said Rami Musallam, President and CEO of CafeX. “The company's successful track record with several technology leaders has placed SPS at the leading edge of innovation. This partnership brings Omnichannel solutions to SPS that are agnostic to the underlying Unified Communications and Contact Center infrastructures. We look forward to being a part of the SPS best-in-class solutions which are known for delivering extraordinary business value for their customers.”
