Perspectives 16, Orlando, Florida - MBODY360 has selected GENBAND’s Kandy service for development of secure instant messaging, voice and video real-time communications feature this week. GENBAND also announced an expanded relationship with SAP as Kandy is now available for SAP’s e-commerce services.
MBODY360 is the only platform and mobile app created to meet the needs of professional health and wellness practitioners, including nutritionists, health and wellness coaches, and Integrative and Functional Medicine doctors. The practice management tool provides a complete mobile solution for health, nutrition and wellness coaching, plan management and communications.

Offered as an affordable subscription-based platform effective and scalable for both independent practitioners and larger practices, MBODY360 will be adopting the Kandy Wrappers Concierge solution, which expedites embedded communications deployment, helping them differentiate their product and service offerings, facilitate engagement and collaborations, and move up the value chain with minimal customization and a simple pay as you grow price model for additional risk management.
GENBAND’s global reseller agreement with SAP is now extended to the SAP Hybris Commerce solution, with Kandy real-time communication services now available in a number of forms. SAP commerce customers can now get integrated video chat, screen sharing, and collaboration tools, with users no longer required to leaving an application they are working in to make a call, share a presentation or chat with a customer.
The SAP Hybris Real Time Communicator can be tightly integrated into both B2B and B2C SAP commerce solutions, supporting customer engagement and enables simpler collaboration capabilities for sales, service and business professionals using embedded communications within business applications for presence, screen sharing, instant messaging and voice call/conference. Native integration is also available with SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer, SAP’s next generation cloud CRM software. GENBAND’s integration will be available as a gold certified partner application on the Hybris extend marketplace.

SAP has been working with GENBAND and Kandy for over a year, first using the technology to bring voice and video into SAP customer relationship management (CRM) and field service tools, followed by enabling SAP to be a GENBAND Kandy reseller.
